    Join the FASTer Way to Fat Loss six-week program. This clinically proven program strategically pairs effective workout strategies with science-backed nutrtion strategies and expert coaching. Over the 6-weeks you will have access to:

    - Whole food nutrition meal plans + strategies

    - Daily workouts

    - Recipes

    - Daily accountability and coaching

    - Supportive community

    - Access to the FASTer Way app for tracking, resources, workouts, recipes and more!

  • 1:1 Private Coaching Package - 3 Month Package (6 sessions)

    We will work together to develop a client-specific program to help achieve consistency, positive lifestyle changes, and long-term results. We will meet bi-weekly for 45 minutes plus accountability and resources as needed. Depending on specific goals, program may include:

    • Strategies for weight loss + weight management

    • Habit change strategies

    • Stress management tools

    • Development of wellness vision and goal setting

    • Accountability as needed per goals

    • Strategies to cultivate a healthier relationship to food and exercise

    • Tips and techniques to maximize mind/body connection

      $600/6 bi-weekly sessions (3 month program)
